The lower level of the Academy building provides accommodations for school residents. There are 7 single-person furnished rooms and 2 ½ bathrooms – the entire space was remodeled two years ago and includes laundry facilities. The furnished lounge room is 20’ x 20’ with couches. There is a large double kitchen with two refrigerators and an eating bar. Rent is $365 plus a refundable deposit of $450.
Rent includes all utilities plus cable TV, high speed fiber optic internet, local phone calls and cleaning service of common areas. Since there are only seven rooms, all inquiries about housing need to be made at least one month in advance; availability of the space cannot be guaranteed.
The Academy is within walking distance of such essentials as banks, grocery stores, restaurants, libraries, bakeries and bus lines, as well as an extensive system of bikeways and lanes.
